Gluten Free Certified

We are licensed by the Association Of European Coeliac Societies to use the cross grain symbol on our packaging. Our licence No is IE-047-001. This means there are less than 20 grains of barley, wheat or rye in 1 million grains of oats. Our tests have come back at just 5 parts per million and 5 parts per million is as low as the test can go. This is all achieved by the way we grow the crop. We walk the crop of oats three times in the growing season and remove any grains that might contain gluten. The combine harvester used to harvest the crop of oats is only used to cut gluten free oats. All the equipment in our mill is only used for processing gluten free oats. No other types of grain are stored or processed on the farm to eliminate any risk of cross contamination.
