Our Story

Brothers Billy and Bernard Cotter farm outside the beautiful picturesque village of Castletownroche in North Cork. In 2022 they decided to diversify to add value to their tillage and livestock farm. Seeing the health benefits of oats and it’s versatility as a grain they grew a crop of gluten free oats on the farm, harvested it , dried it and stored it. They now process it into gluten free porridge in a farm building which they have converted into a mill. As a family enterprise they take pride in carrying out every step of the process from field to bowl.
